Spent all day Saturday formatting the text for The Sallie House. Not fun! Anyone who is an expert on widow/orphan control, give me a shout. But...the book should be going to the publisher tomorrow. That's exciting!
So, I finally got the book edited and sent to the publisher. I found one mistake (I put Joe's website address as .com instead of .net). Oh well, we'll correct for the second print run. An incredible amount of work goes into self-publishing a book, but it's worth it. Joe received his copies of the book and mine will hopefully be at my house tonight. Now's it's on to promotion. I will create posts about this soon.
Books are available - they turned out great! 48 Hour Boosk does an awesome job. Joe is flying to Cleveland now. He will appear on two radio shows, attend a book signing Saturday at a local store, then speak at a church on Sunday. Hopefully this will get the word out about The Sallie House.
